Duties

• Handle insurance defense matters from file opening through resolution, including trial.

• Make court appearances as required.

Requirements

• New York bar admission required; New Jersey bar admission is a plus.
• Proven trial experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of New York court procedures, especially in Suffolk County.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Skills
