Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in real estate acquisition, development, and financing.
• Experience in business organization formation and governance.
• Strong communication and drafting skills.
• Motivated, hard-working, and articulate.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Skills

• Strong understanding of business organizations.
• Experience with commercial real estate and asset-based loan documentation.
• Tax background or willingness to pursue an LLM in taxation.
