As part of a dynamic and expanding practice, the successful applicant will contribute to a variety of complex legal matters and work with experienced professionals in the field.

Duties:

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation, including government investigations and private antitrust actions.
• Assist with merger control matters and antitrust compliance.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on antitrust issues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide client counsel.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and contribute to dispute resolution efforts.
• Maintain and foster client relationships, ensuring top-tier service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.
• Proven track record of managing complex litigation and case preparation.
• Strong understanding of antitrust laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and handle challenging legal matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.

Skills:
