The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of personal injury cases (up to the filing of a complaint) including: evaluating the merits of a personal injury case; providing guidance and counsel to clients; focus on finding solutions; medical case review; research and legal analysis; and negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage. Should be a Florida licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar. Must have 2+ years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury. Strong negotiation and communication skills are needed. Comprehensive understanding of personal injury law is essential.
