Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on employment law counseling or litigation.
• Proven experience providing legal counsel on personnel matters, employment litigation, restrictive covenants, labor issues, and employment discrimination.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach to work.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong legal writing skills.
• Admission to the State Bar and eligibility to practice law in Iowa.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
