Duties

• Advise on investments in domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.
• Assist in the formation of investment funds and structuring of secondary transactions.
• Structure separately managed accounts and carry vehicles.
• Collaborate with clients, lawyers, and business professionals to deliver high-quality work.
• Manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
