Requirements

• Minimum of three years of real estate legal experience.
• Proficiency in transactional real estate and lease negotiations.
• Experience with title examination and insurance.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
