Will have a B.S. in Engineering from an accredited university, as well as a JD Degree from an accredited law school, admission to a state bar, and admission to practice before the USPTO. Will have 2-3 years of general patent preparation and prosecution experience in the fields of electrical, electro-mechanical, semiconductor, mechanical or software. Portable clients are a plus.
