Duties

• Lead and manage the personal injury department.
• Handle a full caseload of pre-litigation and litigation matters.
• Oversee motor vehicle accident, premises liability, and workplace injury cases.
• Develop case strategy, negotiate settlements, and handle litigation as needed.
• Mentor and collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff.
• Maintain high standards for client communication and case progression.

Requirements

• 5+ years of personal injury experience.
• Active admission to the Connecticut Bar.
• Strong leadership, case management, and communication skills.
• Ability to appear in Connecticut courts.
• Spanish fluency strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Bar license in Connecticut.
