Duties

• Advise U.S. and non-U.S. taxpayers on multi-jurisdictional tax and legal considerations.
• Engage in planning for foreign trusts, pre-immigration, and expatriation.
• Assist with the purchase of U.S. property by non-U.S. persons.
• Ensure compliance with tax and reporting obligations for overseas interests.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sophisticated international estate planning.
• Strong technical, professional, and client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills.
• Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently.
• Member in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
