Job Details: The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit.

• Preferred: 6 years of legal experience in the field of renewable energy and real estate.
• Required: Previous experience in wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead scopes of work within a team and effectively manage and supervise junior attorneys.
• Excellent academic credentials, a strong commitment to the community, and superior interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and handle multiple projects with exceptional judgment.
• Proficiency in articulating legal strategies and courses of action.
• Active Bar license in the state of Tennessee (TN).
