Hodgson Russ LLP is seeking a transactional Real Estate attorney with more than ten years of experience in real estate transactions with a particular emphasis on commercial leasing and condominium and co-operative purchase and sales. Experience handling real estate transactions for estate and trusts is helpful. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have the ability and desire to grow the firm’s NYC based real estate practice.

The practice group regularly counsels clients on the intricacies of commercial real estate acquisitions, financing and leasing matters throughout the country and on behalf of international clients, particularly from Canada. The firm's experience includes preparing and negotiating purchase and sale contracts and commercial leases, and advising on real estate brokerage contracts, construction agreements, tax credits and other governmental incentives, environmental matters, real estate issues for mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate financing.
