Duties

• Conduct client consultations and strategy sessions.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Prepare clients for hearings and meetings.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and consultants.
• Conduct legal research and writing.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Michigan (required).
• Experience or strong interest in special education law, Section 504, and Title IX.
• Hearing, administrative, or advocacy experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional client service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel throughout Michigan for client matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of Michigan.
