Duties

• Conduct client consultations and manage client onboarding.
• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce and custody cases.
• Attend hearings, court appearances, and conferences regularly.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings and settlement agreements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status.
• Prepare cases for trial, including discovery and coordination with court personnel.

Requirements

• J.D. and bar admission in Pennsylvania; New Jersey or Delaware admission is a plus.
• Over seven years of legal practice in family law.
• Demonstrated initiative and client origination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
