The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sophisticated law firm environment, focusing on business matters for clients in the dental and veterinary industries. This role offers the opportunity for substantial client interaction and involvement in complex legal work.

Duties

• Negotiate and draft commercial documents, including asset-purchase agreements and partnership/operating agreements.
• Prepare employment agreements, employee handbooks, and other relevant documents.
• Handle corporate and compliance issues.
• Collaborate with seasoned attorneys and industry leaders.
• Work independently and as part of a team in the Philadelphia office.

Requirements

• Pennsylvania bar admission required.
• Transactional experience, preferably in the healthcare and dental industries.
• Strong motivation and quick learning ability.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar.
