An East Coast-based law firm with a nationally recognized Private Client practice is seeking a highly experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join its International Estate Planning group. This attorney will serve high-net-worth individuals, multinational families, and cross-border investors, offering tailored legal strategies that address complex tax and estate issues. Location:

• Boca Raton, FL

Duties:

• Advise U.S. and non-U.S. clients on international estate and tax planning strategies

• Draft, review, and implement complex cross-border wealth management structures

• Counsel clients on:

  • Foreign trusts

  • Pre-immigration and expatriation strategies

  • Real estate purchases by non-U.S. persons

  • Global tax reporting and compliance for foreign accounts, companies, and trusts

• Collaborate with attorneys from tax, corporate, and family office practices to deliver comprehensive client solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in sophisticated international estate planning

• Demonstrated ability to manage a complex, high-net-worth client base

• Strong technical proficiency and client advisory skills

• Proven track record of collaboration and team engagement

• Ability to proactively develop innovative solutions for multijurisdictional legal issues

• Active bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• License to practice law in a U.S. state (required)
