Duties

• Provide transactional tax advice and support to clients.
• Collaborate with team members on complex tax matters.
• Engage in professional development and mentoring activities.
• Participate in the firm's pro bono program.

Requirements

• Transactional tax experience required.
• Experience with partnerships and/or REITs preferred.
• Strong commitment to client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois or eligible for admission.
