Mid-Level Litigation Attorney

The candidate must have a strong academic record from a top law school; 5-7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation in matters including trademark/copyright, trade secrets, antitrust, and class actions; federal or state supreme court clerkship (preferred); and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Must have experience in high-stakes litigation. In addition to the above credentials, must also have experience with and possess the following qualities: established research and writing capabilities; drafted demand letters, motions, briefs, and other legal documents; taken/defended depositions; managed large document collection and production; experienced in all phases of discovery; trial and arbitration experience; managed junior associates on case team; communicated with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and others; and collaborated across various teams. Should have a positive, energetic attitude and dedicated work ethic.
