The successful candidate will handle personal injury cases from initial assessment through settlement, working closely with clients and a dedicated legal team to ensure justice and fair compensation. Duties:

• Lead and delegate tasks to a team of legal professionals, including litigation paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, and secretaries.
• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties to gather essential case details.
• Evaluate personal injury claims, advising prospective clients on legal options.
• Maintain accurate, updated case files in the firm's case management system.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for reasonable agreements on clients' behalf.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and demand letters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar Association.
• Valid license to practice law in the state.

Skills:

• Comprehensive understanding of personal injury law, tort law, medical malpractice, and related areas.
• Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
