Mid to Senior Level IP Litigation Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm in Austin is seeking a Mid to Senior Level IP Litigation Associate Attorney with strong legal writing skills, a willingness to travel for court appearances, and the ability to effectively manage client relationships. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of litigation experience and hold a degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science.

Duties:

• Handle intellectual property litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings and participate in dispute resolution.
• Manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
• Travel for court appearances and client meetings.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant IP litigation experience.
• Electrical engineering and/or computer science degree.
• Strong legal writing skills.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Bachelors or advanced degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science.

Certifications:

Admission to the relevant State Bar.
