Job Overview: A law firm seeks an experienced Immigration Partner to collaborate closely with other partners and senior associates. The successful candidate will manage employment-based (temporary and permanent) and family-based immigration petitions and applications, representing the firm’s clients before various government authorities.

Duties:

• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on immigration matters.
• Manage employment-based and family-based immigration petitions and applications.
• Represent clients before USCIS, consular, and other government authorities.
• Handle various visa categories including E-2 Treaty visas, O-2 visas, and L-1 intracompany transferee visas.
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of immigration experience in a law firm setting.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Membership in the Florida Bar or in the process of obtaining membership.
• A portable book of business is required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Membership in the Florida Bar.
