SUPERINTENDENTS are responsible for directing the foremen and field operations of the various specialty contractors on the project site. Duties include schedule development, quality control, safety control, coordination of job site construction activities, interfacing with the site facilities personnel, daily inspections, and adherence to project schedules. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline and five years of field supervisory experience in the construction of commercial and/or institutional buildings, or an equivalent combination of technical training and job experience
