Duties

• Manage high-volume caseloads and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Utilize and learn job-related technologies, including Microsoft Office and case management software.
• Negotiate impound lien disputes and property damage claims.
• Engage in litigation and alternative dispute resolution when necessary.
• Analyze and evaluate new assignments to resolve cases effectively.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and clients.
• Negotiate and settle claims within discretionary authority.
• Document all activities in the appropriate systems.
• Adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
• Willingness to travel to Greenville and Charlotte as needed.
• Dual licensure in North Carolina preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• South Carolina Bar admission.

Skills
