Duties

• Participate in client conferences.
• Draft estate planning documents.
• Collaborate with paralegals, fiduciary accountants, and attorneys in probate and trust administration.
• Prepare and review gift, estate, and fiduciary income tax returns.
• Conduct tax research.
• Assist with charitable planning.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with high net worth individuals and families.
• Connecticut Bar admission or willingness to become admitted.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred.

Certifications

• Connecticut Bar admission.
