• Review title reports and oversee title clearance.

Requirements

• 7-15 years of experience in commercial real estate and lender representation.
• Admitted to practice law in New York.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• New York State Bar admission.
