Duties

• Draft and review documents related to real estate transactions

• Provide legal opinions on property titles and related matters

• Coordinate and manage real estate closings

• Communicate with clients, lenders, realtors, and title companies

• Support clients in navigating legal processes related to property ownership and transfer

• Assist with due diligence and risk assessment in property matters

• Potential for involvement in litigation matters if applicable to experience

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate law

• Familiarity with Iowa real estate laws and transactional procedures

• Strong background in title review and closing processes

• Willingness to work on-site full time

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Iowa
