Duties:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies
• Provide strategic legal advice and recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case management and strategy development
• Manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in civil litigation
• Strong background in legal research and writing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and complex legal cases
• Comfortable working with clients and representing their interests in court

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
