The candidate will be focused on regulatory counseling on consumer and small business financial products and services, including all credit types, deposits, payments, and alternative lending arrangements (e.g., merchant cash advances, factoring, income share agreements, home co-investing). The position also will support enforcement and litigation and transactional teams from a financial regulatory perspective. Candidate should have a background in regulatory practice and a deep knowledge of the federal and state laws and regulations that apply to these products and services. Should have outstanding academic credentials, law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
