Duties

• Manage and litigate cases related to retail and commercial collections.
• Handle creditor rights counseling and representation in court.
• Oversee cases from start to finish, ensuring effective case management and strategic litigation.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions for hearings.
• Provide legal counsel and recommendations to clients regarding debt recovery processes.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other legal team members to ensure smooth case progression.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal precedents, regulations, and changes in relevant laws.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Requirements

• An active Arkansas Bar license is required.
• Strong litigation experience, preferably in collections and creditor rights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Arkansas Bar.
