Job Overview:
A highly regarded national law firm is seeking an experienced Of Counsel attorney to support its litigation practice, with a specialized focus on Daubert and Rule 702 motion practice related to pharmaceutical and medical device products liability matters. This role offers the opportunity to work across high-impact cases, provide leadership to associates, and shape litigation strategy in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment.

Location:

• Dallas, TX

​Duties:

• Draft and review discovery responses, motions, briefs, and memoranda

• Lead Daubert and Rule 702 motion practice

• Supervise and mentor litigation associates

• Collaborate with expert witnesses and coordinate expert strategy

• Communicate with clients to provide case updates and legal analysis

• Participate in fact development and support deposition preparation

• Contribute to litigation planning and case strategy development

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience

• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 or equivalent firm preferred

• Demonstrated success in drafting Rule 702 and Daubert motions

• Experience handling complex product liability litigation

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical and medical device industries preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Strong academic performance from a nationally recognized institution

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of application

• Admission to the New York Bar is strongly encouraged
