Duties

• Manage litigation files independently, including commercial auto and personal injury cases.
• Conduct PIP fraud investigations and handle premises liability claims.
• Represent clients in Michigan state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, take depositions, and argue motions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably in defense matters and transportation law.
• Experience with Michigan no-fault, third-party, and commercial auto liability claims.
• Proficiency in legal research, brief writing, and communication.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Michigan Bar in good standing.
