Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including conducting trials, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Provide legal advice to clients regarding their personal injury claims and case strategy.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties involved.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case development and strategy.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and staff to ensure effective case management.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality while handling client matters.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in personal injury law or litigation preferred.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and orally.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Must be a member in good standing with the state bar association.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and good standing.
