Duties:

• Prepare customized estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related instruments

• Advise individuals, families, and business owners on advanced estate planning solutions

• Analyze financial and tax data to inform client-specific strategies

• Conduct legal research and monitor developments in estate and tax law

• Guide clients through probate, trust administration, and related legal processes

• Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals for integrated planning

• Deliver clear and thorough legal advice while fostering lasting client relationships

• Provide representation in matters involving high-net-worth estate structures and succession frameworks

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of focused experience in estate planning law

• Demonstrated understanding of federal and state estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws

• Familiarity with probate and trust administration procedures

• Proven ability to manage multiple matters with accuracy and efficiency

• Commitment to client-centered service and discretion in sensitive matters

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of Nevada

Skills:
