Duties:

• Represent financial institutions and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions.

• Negotiate terms and agreements on behalf of clients.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in finance law.

• Experience in senior secured and mezzanine financings.

• Strong background representing financial institutions and borrowers.

• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
