Summary

Waller is seeking Reviewers to work with our Clear Diligence group. We are seeking qualified candidates interested in reviewing contracts and preparing abstracts and summaries on an as-needed basis. Clear Diligence’s expertise focuses on providing prompt and precise contract review and abstraction using specialized software for large scale transactions across a variety of industries, including healthcare and information technology. Reviewers will receive training, are compensated on a contract basis at competitive rates, and have the ability to work on a part time or flex time basis. Reviewers also have the flexibility of working remotely; however, they may need to work on site if requested by Clear Diligence management.

Requirements

Prior experience in document review preferred, but entry level document review candidates will be considered, depending on the project

Bachelor’s degree

Computer literacy

Exceptional attention to detail, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment adhering to project deadlines

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team of document reviewers

Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality with regard to projects

Additional Information

Compensation:

$20 - $30/hour
