Duties

• Represent for-profit and nonprofit developers in affordable multifamily housing projects.
• Engage in the development, acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, operation, and sale of housing projects.
• Utilize federal, state, and local affordable housing programs.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in affordable housing or real estate practice.
• Knowledgeable in developer representation and project financing.
• Member of the Florida bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Florida Bar membership.

Skills

• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
