Duties

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery demands and responses.
• Assist with the discovery process by administering depositions, issuing interrogatories, and reviewing documents.
• Perform legal research to support case strategies.
• Make court appearances as required.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of New Jersey litigation experience in first-party property and liability coverage.
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent reading, writing, communication, and attention to detail skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
