Academic Professional Track (Non-Tenure): Adjunct Professor
The candidate will be assigned course topics to teach based on the candidate’s expertise and experience. In addition to the teaching responsibilities of a 1-2-3-credit hour class, will be expected to identify and prepare course materials, provide a course syllabus, assess student work and assign grades, be available to meet with students on matters that arise within the course, and comply with the deadlines established by the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and the Associate Registrar. Must have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and 3+ years of relevant law practice experience. A demonstrated commitment to teaching and/or law teaching experience is preferred.
