Senior-level Associate

The candidate should have significant hands-on employment litigation and counseling experience. Should be well-versed in handling Federal and State discrimination, harassment, retaliation, FLSA and wage-and-hour litigation from inception through trial, as well as mediations and arbitrations. Must be able to produce pleadings, motions, severance agreements and releases in a timely fashion and prepare for and represent clients at various court proceedings with minimal supervision. Should have Juris Doctor degree with a record of strong academic performance. Must have 6-8 years of work experience in the legal field, including employment-related litigation experience; previous trial experience is ideal. Should have excellent writing and analytical skills.
