Location:

Duties:
Handle a substantial caseload involving defense litigation, including personal injury cases.
Draft, prepare, and manage pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda.
Draft and respond to written discovery and dispositive motions.
Conduct legal research with competence and proficiency.
Prepare and take depositions of parties and witnesses.
Review client documents and draft case evaluations.
Participate in mediations and court appearances.
Interact directly with clients, claim professionals, and opposing counsel.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of personal injury litigation experience.
Must be licensed to practice in Texas; additional court admissions are a plus.
Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of both state and federal court procedures.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Texas State Bar Admission (required).
Additional court admissions (preferred).
Skills:
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Ability to handle a diverse caseload effectively.
Proficiency in managing deadlines and case-related priorities.
Knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
Strong communication skills and client interaction capabilities.
