Duties

• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop case strategies.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of patent litigation experience.
• Background in Electrical Engineering, Software, and/or Pharmaceutical sciences.
• Admitted to practice in New York.
• Experience at a national law firm preferred.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
