Duties

• Represent clients at various WCABs.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on plans of action and case handling recommendations.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Current member of the California State Bar with no disciplinary actions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation law.
• Familiarity with various Workers' Compensation legal documents and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar license.
