Profile

Marketing Coordinator
The candidate will assist the Marketing Administrator in the business development and marketing budget process. Serve as a back-up when necessary. Provide administrative support, including but not limited to, processing check requests ordering supplies and scheduling. Assist the CRM data project by processing data change tickets and researching internal and external sources to help complete inaccurate or missing data in contact records. Track and maintain marketing-related firm sponsorships and handles logistics related to those sponsorships. Manage the firm’s inventory of marketing materials and products for giveaways. Ensure that the inventory throughout the Firm is sufficient. Assist with researching, ordering and organizing promotional items for events and giveaways. Assist with internal event management, including liaising with Office Administrators to ensure logistical needs are met. Provide event assistance on an as-needed basis, including venue research, materials coordination and assembly, RSVP management, event-related website updates and local on-site support. Other duties, as assigned. Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent work experience. Should have 3+ years of related work experience, preferably in the legal marketing or professional services industry. Experience with InterAction or similar CRM database is strongly preferred.
