Authenticate and notarize final documentation by jurisdictional requirements
Legal Document Review & Drafting
Prepare and examine real estate contracts, deeds, leases, and closing statements
Validate documentation for regulatory adherence and accuracy
Title Review & Property Evaluation
Conduct thorough examinations of property titles for liens or encumbrances
Review surveys, inspections, and builder-supplied documentation to verify completeness
Loan & Financial Oversight
Analyze loan packages to confirm legal and financial compliance
Review closing disclosures and settlement statements for financial accuracy
Client Representation & Legal Guidance
Advise clients on potential legal implications related to property transactions
Address client concerns regarding title coverage, property condition, and risk mitigation
Business Development
Engage in outreach to cultivate new referral partnerships within the real estate community
Participate in regular networking meetings to support practice growth
Active license in good standing with the State Bar
Commissioned as a Notary Public in the applicable state
