The role focuses on high-value real estate disputes, particularly partition actions involving co-owners in conflict over jointly held properties. This opportunity offers meaningful courtroom involvement, strategic leadership, and direct client impact—all from the comfort of your California home.

Duties:

• Lead case strategy development for complex real estate disputes, including partition matters

• Draft complaints, motions, and persuasive legal memoranda

• Negotiate outcomes in emotionally charged real estate battles involving family or former partners

• Analyze financial documents and discovery materials with high precision

• Maintain clear, empathetic communication with clients throughout the litigation process

• Collaborate with senior leadership on case direction and legal approach

• Potential to manage litigation docket independently, depending on experience level

Requirements:

• Active California Bar license

• Litigation or real estate legal experience preferred (training support available for quick learners)

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously

• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy and client care

• Willingness to handle emotionally sensitive disputes, often involving family dynamics

• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and document review

• Familiarity with the discovery process and financial documentation analysis

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California
