Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in finance law.

• Prior experience in fund financing preferred.

• Experience in secured and unsecured syndicated lending transactions preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
