Duties

Requirements

Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
Skills
- Proficiency in FAR and DFARS interpretation.
- Ability to work independently on certain matters.
- Experience in GovCon M&A is a plus.
- Familiarity with aerospace/defense, infrastructure/construction, life sciences/pharmaceutical, and/or manufacturing industries is beneficial.
