Duties

• Handle cases in education law, labor/employment law, and civil litigation.
• Engage in significant case-handling responsibilities.
• Interact directly with clients.
• Travel to and attend evening School Board meetings as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of legal experience required; 3 years preferred.
• Pennsylvania bar admission required.
• Ability to travel 10-25% of the time.

• J.D. (Juris Doctor)
