Duties

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters at state and federal levels
• Handle all phases of litigation, including case assessment, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial
• Draft and review legal documents such as motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
• Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with client goals
• Conduct legal research to support case arguments and positions
• Provide counsel to clients on litigation risks and potential resolutions
• Manage relationships with clients and external stakeholders
• Mentor junior attorneys and provide guidance on litigation best practices
• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Significant trial experience with demonstrated case success
• Strong knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures
• Ability to handle complex, high-profile matters independently
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications
