Candidate will: Accompany attorneys at trials, depositions, mediations and client meetings. Attend firm practice group meetings. Take part in various associate development programs in areas such as writing, marketing and trial advocacy. Draft research memos, briefs and pleadings. Collaborate with attorneys to write articles and blog entries. Apply legal research and analytical skills to real cases and clients. 2L students are welcome.
